What is the daily order cutoff?
Our order cutoff is 3:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders completed after 3:00pm or on a weekend enter the next business day handling window.
When will my order arrive?
Standard US delivery is estimated at 2 to 9 calendar days, including 0 to 1 handling day and 2 to 8 days in transit. The checkout repeats the applicable estimate before payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping to supported US addresses is free. Checkout lists products, discounts, shipping and tax separately so you can review the complete total before payment.
Where do you deliver?
Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm that the destination is supported. Availability can vary by postal address and by product size.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email support@christophfinch.com as soon as possible with your order reference. We will check whether handling or dispatch can still be stopped. Once an item has shipped, the return process may apply instead.
