Give a quiet garden corner a selection of small sheltered spaces with one wooden insect house. Its natural wood frame contains open bamboo tubes, three drilled wood slices and separate pinecone compartments behind wire mesh. A central wood panel has a narrow vertical opening, while the dark sloping roof covers the top of the house. These different chamber shapes provide possible nesting or resting spaces for solitary bees and other garden insects; occupancy depends on the location and local wildlife. The reference house measures 24.6 cm wide, 9.5 cm deep and 29 cm high, approximately 9.69 x 3.74 x 11.42 inches. Use its hanging hook to attach it securely in a sheltered position near suitable flowers, with the entrance clear and the house stable against its support. Check your chosen fixing and wall or fence separately; screws and mounting hardware are not included unless expressly supplied. The order includes one insect house. Plants, fence, hooks used for styling and insects pictured are contextual props. Avoid spraying insecticides into the chambers and keep the house away from persistent waterlogging.
